Review of Attack on Titan: Final Season - The Final Chapters
Shingeki no Kyojin stands as a timeless masterpiece, and it's left its mark as one of the greatest shows of all time. This anime revolutionized storytelling with its impeccable characters, compelling storytelling, and emotionally charged music. The voice actors, both in Japanese and dubbed versions, breathe life into every character. You're basically glued to the screen with all the crazy action, plot twists, and cliffhangers. Attack on Titan takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions - you'll feel everything from pure joy to sadness, anger to happiness, and even bursts of laughter mixed with real suffering. I was really nervous about the ending after hearing some feedbackfrom manga readers. It isn't all rainbows and sunshine, but that's what makes it feel so real. You feed with the characters, many plot holes are explained and you're left with this feeling of emptiness. The after credit scenes are absolutely beautiful and add so much more meaning to the entire narrative. You don't see that in a lot of other anime, making Attack on Titan stand out big time.
Isayama is a total genius, and I feel lucky to have been able to witness this piece of art.
This show's been through a lot in 10 years - from WIT Studio leaving to MAPPA getting de*th threats... You can only value the journey if you've been part of it.
In the end, this show encapsulates the sentiment of 'Loving you is a losing game.'
Attack on Titan might not be my personal favorite anime, but it's the best anime I've ever had the pleasure to watch. And as they say, don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened. Thank you and goodbye Attack on Titan.
