This work, even though it has a slow pace, is very good. The story is very captivating and has interesting twists, even though many people don't like stories like this. If you give it a chance, watch it with an open mind may end up liking it (or not). Some characters: The main character Chen Ping'an is not the typical main character who has everything handed to him, he suffers a lot because of some things involving a mysterious event in the past from him. Ning Yao, who is the main female character in the story, is a strong and determined person who is not afraid to facedangers greater than herself. Her interactions with Chen Ping'an are very good and it is clear that in the future the two will end up having something more than a simple friendship.

Professor Qi JingChun is the typical enigmatic master who never makes it clear what he means by his words, even though I don't like him at first, he eventually becomes somewhat some redemption at least in my view.

There are some other characters but they weren't explored much, but from what little was shown they are also very interesting.
