Platinum End · review
Platinum End is a show inside a show. Every conflict is made spectacular and gets attention. There are also strategy and mind games involved. This is where it resembles Death Note. The flaws are the characters' hopelessness, even if the author wanted this, and that the story is unclear for a show not of the mystery genre. You can not tell where anything is headed. But the show is fun, the concept and battles are good. It is also very original, in particular the way characters interact and their supernatural abilities. The animation is good, especiallythe backgrounds, they really add to the action. And I think the 3D scenes blend well.
Overall it is a nice show. Despite its flaws and lacking drama, it still entertaining.
