Review of Lazarus

well its a fun watch , but thats about it , i personally find the main plot fascinating ,the troubled unclear scientist taking an aggressive stance against society and the slow reveal of his values as he is being tracked down by a bunch of talented inmates . well here where i think its rushed , i strongly believe if it had some 50 eps or arround the ep count of monster this would have been a revolutionary show , but most if not all plot points seem unecessary , half the characters i dont care about , and the ones i do have incoherently uninterestingbackstories.

animation and the overall vibe of the show was enjoyable if we ignore some flat ugly character designs here and there , the sakuga speaks for itself so no comment ,

(spoiler warning) and one last thing that pissed me off was how unspecial and underclimactic the character axel turns out to be , judging by the ending mv i had great expectation especially how multiple hints troughout the last half set of eps and the airport scene built up axel just to throw him out the rooftop at the end (pun intended) with yet again the airport scene where none of the character's skill sets where taken into consideration at their recruiment exept for the stupidly convenient fact that they happened to be togheter that day.
