I wish to provide some perspective as someone who loves the show and it's first 2 seasons, but has mixed feelings on this one. The third season of "Kaguya-sama, Love is War" has a very impactful moment!... And that's mostly it. It's not really memorable besides that one thing. To me, the comedy wasn't nearly as good as in the first 2 seasons. It went mostly like this: Imagine being in a room, with a friend of yours, and several other people, who are friends of your friend. Now imagine them talking to eachother, joking about some topic that you dislike and/or that you don't know anything about...You're acting like you find it funny. Do you see the awkward smile that you're making? That was my reaction to many of the skits in this season. The jokes just didn't land a lot of times.

Also, a number of times the jokes were merely repetition of funny moments from previous seasons. I don't know about you, but some of them did feel overplayed.

There definitely were a few great moments, maybe even episodes, but that's nothing compared to what we used to get before.

Gone are the days of Miyuki's and Kaguya's amazing and hilarious dynamics, banter, 5D chess moves and Death-Note-like mind games. There was almost none of that this season, sadly.

One thing that hasn't changed is Papa Shirogane. Whenever he appears on the scene you know you will love it. Bless his hilarious soul!

Too much time was given to side characters and new characters instead of the main duo. The duo who is supposed to develop the most this time. Their development was put aside until almost the end of the season.

The way the readers hyped this season actually negatively affected all the fun of the grand finale. It really felt like I was supposed to bear with all the episodes purely for the final one.

Of course, this all is not to say that Ultra Romantic was plain bad, it was nowhere near that. It's just weaker in comparison to the previous seasons. I didn't give it a pretty high rating for nothing.
