Review of Dorohedoro
Dorohedoro is by far one of the most unique anime I have ever watched. Constant twists in the plot, an amazingly rustic environment to fit each scene perfectly and unique characters with their own backgrounds make this an extremely enjoyable watch. Adding in the plot brings this anime up to be a top tier watch - it is as unpredictable as they get. Despite the unpredictability, the show does not get too random as to make the viewer feel lost between episodes through plot development. Relevant information is included when necessary whilst leaving out the answers which lead to the identity of Kaiman, the protagonistof the plot.
There is plenty of action in the show and it is brilliant. Despite being a CGI anime, it does not have bad animation. I often dislike CGI in anime as it is often misplaced and does not fit in the show very well, however it is smooth and well fitting in Dorohedoro. Furthermore, this show has the some of the best ending animations and songs I have ever seen. They change to fit the plot of the recent episodes and really add to the immersion of the show.
I highly recommend this show to anyone who enjoys structured chaos in their shows and well executed comedy in fitting scenarios.
