The third season of Arifureta is actually quite good, mainly because it gives space for character development and understanding of the individual characters. The previous series were a bit rushed, here more time is given to individual chapters and suddenly it works a bit better. The part with the animals wasn't impressive, but it was definitely not distracting, the forest labyrinth had some common action and a focus on the characters as a whole, while the ice labyrinth gave individual characters a chance to shine, which was a refreshing change. Arifureta is still a bit of a rushed action anime with a "simple-minded" story, butoverall I liked it for the three seasons.
