Review of Dan Da Dan

Very cool and stylish anime. That can be seen from the aesthetic opening, with colourful and in a good way chaotic visuals. Maybe it falls in typical stereotypes like the special protagonists (Okarun and Ayase) wtih special powers. But that's not important when we are seeing very strange and at the same time funny monsters, aliens, spirits or whatever. The best parts in Dandadan are the designs and fights against the weird enemies they have to encounter. As a I say, with a very decent mix of weirdness, spectacularity and comedy. When the protagonists are not fighting or figuring out how to win against apowerful spirit or alien, the anime shows the everyday life of Okarun and Ayase. Here the tone is very light and the situations are very similar to any slice of life anime we have seen. However, this parts are saved by the charismatic characters and their charm.

I can't wait to see how it continues!
