"The Lazy Villainous Noble Married the Villainous Young Lady and Became the Most Fearsome Couple" is another manga in the current 'villainous noble' isekai trend. The main character: Alban (no former life name given) is a villainous noble from a novel to which the protagonist has reincarnated into and attempts to avoid his terrible fate by becoming fit, able, and using his prior knowledge of the novel to his advantage. Which you likely should already know how this trope is by now. The noblewoman that Alban is going to marry: Leticia, was apparently a scary woman with tons of negative rumors about her but -acktually- is akind woman who sacrifices her reputation and assets to help her people despite all the terrible men she was previously betrothed to.

This not-evil couple plans to use their bad reputation to their advantage to scheme and plot against those who work against them and come out on top.

This kind of manga is a dime-a-dozen among other 'villainous noble' mangas with cookie cutter characters from a reincarnated protagonist pretending to be evil to do good things, to a butler who is overly loyal and great at training, an academy the protagonist has to attend, and a loyal female protagonist who is too nice for her own good.

It's a little too early for a legitimate, honest review but I wouldn't be surprised if this manga got axed in the near future as it's competing with a ton of other 'villainous noble' isekai mangas out there and this one feels like it doesn't have staying power.
