I honestly found this manga when I was bored in the middle of the night and the first chapter really caught my attention learning about the protagonist conditions. But past the first chapter, my interest died as nothing eventful happen and the female lead proceeded to piss me off more as I read the story. Story: 4/10 Your typical childhood friends reunite after a long period of time. The protagonist ended up being a NEET while the female lead becomes a known singer. They are forced into random situations together where they might rekindle their childhood crush on each other and ..... that's it. Theplot is forgettable and uninteresting as nothing eventful has happen.

Art: 6/10
Excluding the first page of the first chapter, the art is your typical romance manga art. Nothing bad, nothing great, just average.

Characters: 6/10
The protagonist has an interesting backstory that caused him to become a NEET and an unknown problem in his body that requires an operation with a low % chance of living. He seems to go through each chapter struggling, but remembering about the good times making you feel sorry for what could be possibly going on in his body. The female lead however seems to be Tsundere, but ends up being more of a bitch than anything else. Its sometimes unbearable knowing the fact she is an adult with job experience and doesn't know how to communicate to the point where she rather say negative things to people's faces and doesn't seem to feel bad about it. The side characters are forgettable as well.

Overall: 5/10
While its hard to exactly rate after reading 6 chapters, in the end, I'm more interested on what's killing the protagonist than anything else going on in the story. It would be interesting if the protagonist would die and see how each character griefs, but in the end, I feel like this is slightly worse than your average romance.
