It's one of the unique type of manga which i have read in a while premise is new and it has many things which are unusual in normal romance manga it has both yuri and yaoi elements which are executed perfectly and main couple are truly changing genders often as possible and make point on what is Identity relation to gender. The manga is about a rare condition called TSS(Transsexual Syndrome) which make peoples change gender when their heart flutters and our main couple has but one is born with it and other has acquired it later but it has it's own plot and sidecharacter executions are done really good and aren't ignored due to main couple it's short read but worth it if you wanna try something new in roman,yuri or yaoi genre
