I never realized an anime about suicide will be this funny It is basically episodic, with each episode introducing a new character, my favourites are: the girl who trolls others with messages , and the one obsessed with animals tails (Yes that is really in the anime). Be aware the it is very fanservicey and filled with random shots of panties and other weird stuff. Aside from that, this anime can teach your things about society, particularly the Japanes society and the social issues which you do not normally see in media.
