Review of Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day

The anime isn't a 10 for me. I have gripes with some things and the story gets a lil wacky for the most part, but still this is a great anime. I watched it because it was by A-1 and seeing that they did Erased I had a little hope. This anime honestly is good. It hits hard. Sure sometimes Jinta is annoying. Sometimes a character does something I don't like, but that final episode. Learning to let go of someone, but knowing that they always live on in your heart. That's really what its all about. And I can't hate that. The characters arehonestly good for the most part. The story as I said does get a little wacky, but it still is something nice. If you watched Hyouka, Erased (I'm repeating Erased a lot holy shit), or any anime with some hella emotion this might get a cry out of you as well. Maybe a tear or a sad glance.

I may like Erased more then this, but I won't put it down. Its a solid show if you're looking for something to watch with emotion. The soundtrack was amazing. Animation even more so. It's such consistently good animation. It had me shocked while watching the whole time through.
