Review of A Certain Magical Index

I like the character named Index, she is cute and funny. Overall, this anime is just so-so, not very good, but not bad to watch either. The storyline is quite interesting, but there are a few flaws that make me hesitant to recommend this. First, there is too much drama, or nonsense that the characters do, for example when Touma tries to save Index, Touma talks too much, what was that about, a lecture? Advise the enemy on his actions? And many more! This makes me quite sick, because this conversation takes up almost half of the episode, imagine half an episode just being filled with boasting fromjust one character.
This also does not escape several other episodes which contain characters talking too much! So I skipped the part by skipping in time because I was too lazy to listen to his ramblings!

Second, the music section, or background sound.
I don't really like music with church themes or anything like that.
What's worse here is that I often listen to church or religious themed music, it makes my ears hurt to listen to it, once again I jump through time to get past this annoying music.

Third, the main character Touma, he has the power that can eliminate various types of power such as magic, but here he isn't very useful, if only he wanted to become stronger and practice fighting, maybe Touma would be a little useful in critical situations.
Having the power to dispel various magic is not enough, if he can't fight.
Mostly, Touma just complains about the misfortunes of his life, and never thinks about eliminating those misfortunes, too resigned to fate, so Touma gives the impression of a character who is lazy to develop.
