Review of Neon Genesis Evangelion

i really enjoyed watching this show. i watched it about a year ago for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. i rewatched it again recently and its still amazing. it continues to blow me away with how real the characters feel and how smoothly they can interact. the plot is great, and man the robots just look super cool. the character design is great, too. you feel a genuine connection to the cast and you grow to care for them. i personally like the art style alot, but thats rather subjective. this is one of my favorite animes of all time. the mecha battlesare animated nicely, though they get a little bit repetitive later on. the angel designs are great, and they really do feel kind of scary and threatening. highly recommend this show if you havent already seen it.
