Review of Shiki

At first, I was quite interested. It's the first time I have ever watched an horror anime. However, as a lot of reviewers wrote, the story is way too slow. Shiki could have easily have been a 12 episode anime. More than half of the anime is just people dying, we don't get any action or people actually trying to figure out what's happening, which is a huge waste of time. The characters are written poorly, their motives aren't clear and they don't really have clear traits or personality. Their designs were cool though, the outfits definitely suited the characters and were quite original. Overall, thisanime isn't too bad but if u watch it speed it up by 2x or smth..
