The animation is original; the angles and some of the sequences are different from other anime, and for an anime from 2002–2003, it's very impressive. Really, the quality of the animation direction is outstanding. Today, that same studio produces terrible anime like Ubel Blatt, The Red Ranger... (isekai), Tasuuketsu, etc. It's sad. The fight scenes are very well executed. The pacing isn’t perfect, but it was handled better than in our current era (2020–2025). The downside is that the visual quality and graphics are poor—but that’s understandable, considering the year it was made. Still, there are scenes where they went all out, like at the beginning of episode4.

If they were to do a remake or a reboot today with the same quality standards, better pacing, and modern graphics—like the ones done by Ufotable—it would be incredible. It would be a banger.

And the OSTs are perfectly composed, and the story really draws you in.
