Review of Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom

Two things before anything else. 1. Did not play the VN 2. The first op karma is one of the most hauntingly beautiful tracks ive heard. Ended up enjoying the show. Its a bit of a mess. Jumps quite suddenly. The twists are very obvious. Especially if youve seen shows in the same genre you recognize everything. It doesnt do anything special. But it does it good enough. Likeable characters. Music was very good, not just the OP but the original BGM aswell. Watching the show made me wish to play the VN because i know from experience how much gets lost, no matterhow well adapted, going from VN to Anime. I wanted even more from it. I also know its hard to adapt so credit for making it as highly rated and praised as it is.

It really should have been 24 episodes though. No need för 2 recaps in a 26 ep show. Especially not being so close together. 12 and 19 if i remember right.

But it gets an 8/10 for me. Enjoyed it.
