Review of Ghost Hunt

Highly Recommended. If you love Horror and Mystery then this anime is a must watch. It is such a fun and interesting ride. All the characters and cases are amazing. Once the 8 cases are done better to read the manga to finish the first book on which this anime is based on. Story: All 8 cases are so well done. Very interesting that make us want to binge watch the 3 to 4 eps the case is covered in. Everything is explained well as well. Very informative in a non boring way. It has perfect blend of Investigation and Horror story elements. Art: Art isgood. It has that old feel to it but that art and color scheme is actually what makes it a good palate for story telling.

Sound: There is not much to say about the sound. It's fine.

Characters: Now this is the most interesting part of this Anime. Mai, Naru, Lin, Bou san, Ayako, John, Masako and Yasuhara san every single one of them is important and we recognise their presense in the cases. I am not gonna spoil anything and I really suggest you all not to google about them but to watch the anime and see them in action and watch as they show the reason why they all work so well together. Mai is no damsel in distress or someone who is forced to be on the cases because she is the MC but is someone who helps a lot and is a determined strong character.

Just don't expect much of a romance and honestly we don't need it. Mai does like Naru and Naru does have a soft corner for Mai that he shows in his own way but nothing that screams Romance happens and I am just gonna read some fanfic to get that fill.

Enjoyment: 9/10

Overall: Just try this anime even if you are not fond of Horror movies. In my opinion, you will still have fun . Just some cases do become dark where people do die but nothing that will spook you so much that you can't sleep that night
and there is no gore.
