KOKORO CONNECT Kokoro Connect had many moments of light. It in many situations, nearly archived greatness however I truly find that kokoro is quite lost within its own themes and what it wants to do with them. PROS Kokoro had moments where it made me laugh. It had some great moments of love with a good mix of friendship thrown into there. It teaches you a few things about life with some moments that make you rethink your own. CONS On the contrary, Kokoro never truly finds itself, ironically its a story on finding yourself. What i mean by this is that there are great moments of love howeverit never develops, none of the relationships actually become anything, in other words there is no resolve. It had moments of laughter however this was inconsistent, less than more times i found myself to be silent with the jokes. The main protagonist however is the biggest flaw, the show tries so hard to make all the characters relatetable, they disregard the protagonist so he becomes this meaningless figure. As for the antagonist I feel that he could have truly becoming something really meaningful and being honest here, he was the most captivating part of the anime.

SHOULD YOU WATCH?
No, not really. All in all i feel like kokoro connect was a let down. This may be because i have very high standards for story telling anime's however there were many obvious flaws with it. It fails to 'connect', pun intended, to the audience in a meaningful manor, it never really finds what its trying to convey and there's no reason for that, as shows like ORANGE have done a much deeper and more meaningful story with the same amount of episodes and around the same number of cast members. What is most unacceptable however is that they lacked detail of attention to the protagonist, if you have watched it then let me ask you what was the back story on the protagonist? You couldn't give one because they gave deep and meaningful stories to all the characters except the pro and antagonist. Kokoro ultimately feels like it's tried to pack too much into too little of episodes and in turn feels lost within itself and what it wants to do.
