The episode is basically broken into three parts, part one sex with the schools nurse, part two sex with her younger sister, and part three threesome. That basically the whole story, just sex scene after sex scene in kind of a POV style. Everything about Issho ni Ecchi is mediocre; the art, the sound, the animation, etc... None of it stands out as bad or really that good. The best part is the threesome which starts out with the sisters playing with each other andthe escalates to the threesome, but even that is just pretty good since the art and animation are a little dated.

Overall its a pretty basic hentai that anyone can get into as it avoids any extreme fetishes and the art is good enough to not turn people away.
