Review of Deadman Wonderland: The Red Knife Wielder

I absolutely love it when a series uses OVAs as a way to give backstory to characters that didn't get enough time in the main series. This would have been weird and out of place in the original anime but it works really well as a standalone episode and I would love to see more of these following other side characters from the main series. If you are looking for a solid backstory on Senji AKA Crow from the main series I recommend you check out this OVA as it sheds some light into why Crow took a liking to our MC of the series.I honestly wouldn't mind if they did a mini series following Crow as a Cop before his time at Deadman Wonderland as it gives all the more motive as to why his character is the way he is.
