This film is very different from all previous works of Makoto Shinkai. There is no stunning scenery of the sky, no wires, no kettles. In fact, it is much more similar to the works of Miyazaki, as the plot, and art. I like Shinkai's movie, but this is completely different from what I expected. I believe that fans of Miyazdaki have appreciate that movie.
