Review of Fairy Tail

Fairy Tail is without a doubt my favourite anime. I fell in love with this anime by episode 2 and i have yet to be disappointed by an episode. People like to badmouth Fairy Tail and say its stupid because the characters get powered up from their friends getting hurt, but honestly what shonen doesn't have this at some point or another. While i admit the friendship speeches can be a little cheesy at times, at least they are consistent and make a lot more sense to be in this where all the characters had terrible childhoods and only found acceptance with each other. I'd takea fairy tail friendship speech over a yugioh one any day.

Most wizards in fairy tail get their time to shine, especially at the grand magic games, which is probably my favourite arc. Also due to Laxus having a few awesome moments.

Overall this show means a lot to me, and even though it does have flaws, its characters and fight scenes as well as the emotion definitely overshadow those flaws.
