Review of Chainsaw Man

I was avoiding CSM for some reason. I had heard it was good but figured it probably wasn't my speed, since I'm more of a psychological horror/drama type person usually. But wow I was wrong. What a freaking fantastic show. The animation quality makes it worth watching by itself. But the thing I appreciate most about this series is that none of the characters are entirely good or bad. Like I feel like in most animes, you'll get one or two of these "grey area" characters at most. But in this show, it was every single one of the central characters. They were all extremelylikeable, but they all also had some pretty serious flaws, like the way that actual real-life people tend to be. It's only 12 episodes so I can't really think of any reason you wouldn't want to watch this, unless you had a big issue with gore or something.

edit: yall keep saying this review is confusing ? what's confusing. i appreciate that the characters are nuanced. they're not like 100% good or 100% bad. its a good show okay ??
