Review of Horimiya

I don’t know what I was expecting but I was a bit dissatisfied.This quite literally did not have plot, and the meanings of things weren’t really deep. This isn’t a story made to be memorable and I guess thats what really threw me off, otherwise this is just a very nice, laid back anime to watch. I’ve seen some people say hori is toxic? I don’t get were thats coming from. Sakura deserves justice and was my fav character but I also thought yuki was a nice match, so sad;(. I REALLY REALLY liked the art, music is nice, characters are very distinguishable and justso like vibrant? i guess is the word. COMEDY, this is a big topic, this show did make me laugh quite a few times but the comedy in this show was really inconsistent. Some episodes I didn’t even laugh at all and didn’t even realize this was a rom com until the 10th ep. Still, it made me laugh so 7/10 and if it wasn’t for the comedy I would’ve probably died trying to finish the show because the enjoyment would go down due to the fact that the freaking story is doo doo. It is also my fault because I was expecting some fire story romance masterpiece, I went in blind and just saw the score of 8.2 and that is a REALLY REALLY good score and frankly IMO overrated. also first review:)
