A fantastic series.! Best of all you can easily watch it on YouTube for free. (on what I believe to be an official YouTube channel for the Chinese video streaming giant - BiliBili). On YouTube it’s title is “Soulmate Adventures” and it follows two female lead characters on their journey. It could easily be called a Wuxia style story but unlike most, this one has women heroes (which reminds me of that absolutely superb movie “House of Flying Daggers”. The cinematography & the action scene choreography is stunning & won lots of awards, If you haven’t seen it, then u must). Now back tothis story. I don’t want to give too much away except to say they’re on a journey and they end up in lots of precarious situations that require them to fight there way out using martial arts and magical skills. It’s loads of fun, truly exciting and the perfect Donghua for any newcomers to Chinese anime.
