Tousaku Shoujo Shoukougun · review
If you find yuri manga with girls who express their love in more unconventional ways, either through fetishes, odd thoughts or being in weird circumstances to be interesting, I recommend this manga. For being on the shorter side, what also really stood out in this one for me, were all the times it subverted my expectations (In a good way) of where each chapter was going.. That is also why I find it a little difficult to discuss it without spoiling those twists. Another thing that I found to be distinct is that all characters all have the same names, either A-ko, B-ko, C-ko, etc.. These names alsoremain through every chapter, which was a little confusing at first, since I wasn't sure if it was following the same story or not.. The only stories that do have multiple chapters, are the two girls in chapter 1-2, and the other two other girls in chapter 5-6.
I also feel that the art fits the atmosphere and feel of it, it is all drawn pretty well.
Overall I enjoyed this manga quite a lot, and I've given it a high rating.
It isn't often that I manage to find another manga like this, where the love between the two characters is unconventional, and that they're doing unusual things together that you wouldn't often see in a love story.
