I know this is a premature review but I figured since no one else bothered yet, I would give a rundown of why I dropped it. Basically the author rushes everything. I feel like I am covering 10 chapters of material in a single chapter. That story just isn't built up properly. The author drops bombshells in chapter 1.5 that shouldn't be dropped until he's had at least 10 chapters of build up. Buildup is important and this author rushes to the big reveals a chapter in. The characters also try too hard. They're the typical cliche character archetypes.Those can be enjoyable, but I didn't feel like they were done that well here. The author is dropping 5 of them in a single chapter and I haven't warmed up to the protagonist yet, forget all these side characters.
