Although the story is really your typical strong guy thats oblivious and wants to live a calm and normal life, the story is also using "the power of friendship" alot but I find the backstory of the characters really enjoyable even though they dont go in depth into the past of the MC and the dragon. All that we were told was the dragon was found with sealed power and the MC saves it, while on the MC side when his friends of family died he just feels sad and there was no further development, the characters emotion and backstory could have been in depthmore and it would be a really good manga but they decided to just give the manga 23 chapters
