Hitozuma Kyoushi ga Oshiego no Joshikousei ni Dohamari suru Hanashi · review
This series has only three volumes. It was not short due to commercial failure, but rather the ending was planned from the beginning. Three volumes are a perfect length. Long enough to vividly portray two characters. Long enough to tell a complete love story. Yet short enough to have a rapid development. Short enough to stay focused on the topic. So what you see is purely love, passionate and unstoppable love, driving the two main characters towards their destinied ending. It's the kind of feeling I rarely expect from a LN series. Those awarded LN series, with around 10-20 volumes, have a flexible and loosely organized story structure,as if they can be continually written forever. They unavoidably adds character in the middle, keeps changing the topic or have an extremely slow development. It's frustrating. There's nothing to blame, it's how LN commercially works.
But this one, a story that starts well and ENDS well, I rate 10/10. I admit I'm subjective, but I really like it.
