This review may discuss plot details.

Even though there are things that I dislike about some of these stories, all of them still pulled my heartstrings. Except for the first story, all of the stories were super realistic. I have known people like them in real life. I have seen the same circumstances and decisions taken in real life. In these stories, you are mostly able to predict which direction they are going to take with it, but it was still nicely written. I liked that in these stories, instead of good or bad endings, they had realistic endings. 1) Kanojo no Namida ga Yuki da Toshitara was unrealistic but supercute. Both of the male leads were too good to be real, but they were sweet. The female lead was okay too.

2) Maware Kazaguruma was the story I disliked the most. Not that it's bad, but it has elements that I usually don't like in stories. Tsundere boys (rude but caring at heart), the main female lead mentioning the male lead is taller than her now, the female lead knowing the male lead means well, therefore always forgiving him, etc. To be fair, it was a story about regret. The feeling of regret and how to get over a loved one's death was beautifully conveyed.

3) Kyoukaisen was the best story. One that I will definitely reread. I have to admit, I relate to Minami a lot, and me loving her well-written character is a big part of it. Shinobu was well-written too; I have a love-hate relationship with her. I think Minami deserves better than her, but still, for the most part they were cute together. I liked what hair symbolized in this story; it was super sweet. I particularly admired the story's realistic treatment of bullying and its resolution. It was too realistic.

4) Natsu ga Saku Koro might be the most realistic story of them all. The male lead liked the female lead, but the story wasn't really romantic. It was a pure child's love and more about friendship. This story is about how divorce and child neglect affect a child, different family dynamics, and rivals (one-sided from the male lead) to friends. All family and friendship dynamics were very well-written and felt natural. At the start, I just didn't like that the male lead was angry because he lost to a girl, but this is a very small part of it, and he isn't like that anymore.
