I think I can safely say that this anime changed my view of shounen and anime in general forever, since it shaped me so early on when I watched it as a kid. The sheer hype, action, visuals, and passion in every battle never fail to keep me on the edge of my seat. No Beyblade anime after Metal Fight managed to make battles as epic as this one ever again. Even now as an adult, I still catch myself rewatching season one’s battles every year. My favorite ones of this season are definitely Kyoya vs. Ryuga and Ginga vs. Ryuga. From the incredible cast (thisanime literally features almost every big voice actor ever so make sure to watch it subbed!) to the absolute hype soundtrack, Metal Fight will always have a special place in my heart. I absolutely LOVE and adore Kenjiro Tsuda’s performance as Ryuga!
