I like cats. I like history. I like Japan. I like goofy hijinks. So I figured, "why not?" and gave this a try. It wasn't really worth the effort. The art work looks like it was done by a middle schooler. The animation isn't that good. This struck me as being like Schoolhouse Rock for Japanese kids. As a package, it doesn't even rise to the level of Saturday Morning Kid Vid. TBH, I only made it through 3 eps because they were only 10 minutes long. No redeeming factors at all that I could see to keep me coming back. These nekos should beout chasing mice, not trying to teach history. If I was a teacher, I would grade this as 45/100 and give it an E. At least they made an effort at doing something different, even if they wiped out their 9 lives in a hurry.
