I read the first 6 chapters of this manhwa, and here's my review as a non-lookism reader. (I've only read Questism to the latest chapter, and Viral Hit a bit but now I'm an anime only) I could see how people would get stumped on the first chapter regarding the identity of the real Main Character, as the POVs could be disorienting, but other than that, generic foundation for a series. You've got a Red Room for infants, who gets brainwashed and basically get reprogrammed with a three point creed to maximize loyalty, got influential and wealthy people for a clientele, but one purchase got awry anda kid escaped.
5 years later he's in Seoul acting all different but his methods of dealing with people gets him exposed to his instructors.
The next 5 chapters are all focused on these specialists getting him back, as you might have got it by now, he's famous for seemingly breaking their creed which ensured not a single child would go out of their way to hamper with their operations.
Chapter 6 sees him deal with what would have been him if he failed his missions.
That's all.
