If you have been looking for something that scratches the same itch as the early parts of The Promised Neverland, this is the manga for you. The dystopian world setting and stratified society within it still have many unsolved mysteries thus far, but the gritty underbelly of it we've already seen leads one to wonder what could be hiding behind its veneer. The art is grittier and sketchier than one often sees in manga, making it perfect to express the moments of insanity we see from some of the characters. I'm also amazed that this is the author's first longer serialization thus far! Some ofthe characters have already seen some interesting developments, although there are others who I am interested to see grow and evolve over the course of the story. Overall, I'm excited to see where the story takes us.
