Juvenile Detention Center · review
The person behind this series is similar to Lim Dal Young, one of the first Korean Manhwa publishers. Difference being this author still lacks ability when it comes to a decent story I have been keeping up with the Manhwa for a while now, and it only goes up to a 5/10 series. The setup itself had potential but the problem lies with the pacing. As the chapters pass, there is too much " back and forth" without sticking to one direction. Random characters get screentime that take up important moments? It also doesn't help the action is plagued by interruptions. Common Sense is quesioned often creatingconflict in the story?
Yes...the flashbacks are an issue, it's why you can't get your hopes up here
