I enjoyed the concept and Anzu as a character. My only complaint is the cringe and corny things Kaoru says. That may just be the translation though. I was definitely hooked nearing the end and I think that part was better than the rest of the story. There were times when information was unnecessarily in detail while other more important information was barely written. This is the authors first novel as far as I'm aware so it's understandable that the novels writing between characters and their thoughts will be under baked. Overall it has an interesting story but characters could've been more interesting and dialogue could'vebeen more mature and serious. I recommend reading it if you have the time and don't mind the before mentioned issues.
