Dead Account · review
The exorcist theme is pretty common, but this anime actually manages to make it feel fresh. Instead of dealing with human spirits, it focuses on digital accounts of people who’ve passed away, which is a really interesting twist. The fact that the exorcism is done through smartphones instead of traditional rituals also makes it feel very modern. The story is easy to follow, with a fast pace that never feels rushed or all over the place. For a 12-episode anime, everything is put together really well without unnecessary filler. The art is solid too, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Unique concept + clean execution+ fast pacing = a solid anime.
It’s not just different—it actually works.
