The manga is very different from the anime, as you could see Misato's personality and motives in it more, as well as more in depth chapters of the characters. When I first heard of it, I didn't like Misato from the anime as she seemed unrealistic, and it was my fault for being closed minded. However, a year later, I decided to give the manga a try as my memory of the anime was forgotten. I loved it. There was so much more personality and realistic flaws with each character, and the story didn't seem as rushed. The storyline was more clear and understanding (althoughrunning out of ideas at the near end) and made me stuck to the manga. I related to Misato from my younger self, as her reasons in the manga for why she stuck to the MC. I recommend this to people who wants to read something that leaves a memory, that while life can have bittersweet moments, there will always be people for there you. That sometimes we can't all have what we think is the best for us. This manga is good for people who wants something that can tug at their heart, yet also make them genuinely interested in these characters.
