Even though it's just a spin-off, this series is much more enjoyable than the original, with characters who are significantly more endearing, interesting, and possess greater depth. Both of the main leads exhibit more depth in this series than we see from the main series, giving it its own charm. The comedy is delightfully entertaining with touching moments. While still featuring fantasy action elements, it takes a more grounded approach. The main series is more of a power fantasy, while this one is like a cute slice of life comedy with some edgy action bits on the side.
