Character art is below average but the girls still look cute. The main female character is the nympho, bossy type and she uses the male character for her own satisfaction. Characters are rather shallow although the main couple’s relationship evolves nicely. The quality of background art is unremarkable save for one shot of the main girl’s house which is drawn quite skillfully. Quality of animation is average. The movement of the breasts seems off at times. Censorship offers many close-ups of heavily pixellated mess. This might actually be one of the most annoying censorship I’ve ever seen.Sex scenes are rather redundant: the same sequences are shown several times.

This anime doesn’t have much of a plot and focuses on sex scenes. At least these are quite lengthy.

Overall there are several things about Cele Kano that I think impair enjoyment. You might watch this one as pure H material, but even as such it is a weak, unremarkable title.
