Okay, so this episode is about Kise and what it was like for him to enter the first sting at Teiko. Despite where the episode supposedly falls during season one of the anime, I think it would probably be better to watch this episode around the same time you come across the Teiko arc in season three of the anime. I say that because you'll see an abridged version of both this episode and the Aomine OVA, so it'd be interesting to watch these during the Teiko arc. You'll get to see Kise meet everyone in this episode, and you'll see Kise having issues adjustingto being a part of the GoM friend group. Mostly, though, you'll see Kise being puzzled by Kuroko and wondering why he's considered a strong player. Along with that, you'll see Kise calling Kuroko "Kurokocchi" for the first time.

I think this is a really cool episode, especially if you like Kise as a character. Getting to see that Aomine inspired him to play in the first place and seeing that Kuroko inspired him to keep playing is really awesome. You won't get to see Kise develop his copy ability in this episode as it's mostly about his relationship to the other members of the GoM, but I think that's great on it's own.

Watching will probably be fun if you like this series, so give it a go!
