Review of Darwin's Game
This was a nice breath of fresh air in the midst of the dozens of isekais that we are being rained with. Now that all of its 11 episodes for the season is done airing, if you are one of those that like to binge, this is the one for you, buddy. The main idea of the anime is this -> The anime revolves around a high school student named Kaname Sudo, who is suddenly shown a game that is available on the smartphone--but turns out, it was a killing game lol. Although it's kind of simplistic, there's nothing wrong with keeping things simple nowadays, sinceeverything seems so cliche. At the start, it feels like he just has plot armor and all the typical main character features, but I mean at least it was enjoyable after you reach Episode 4.
Even though it has 11 episodes out already, (and I say this as someone who has never heard of a manga or a light novel titled Darwin's Game) it felt as if that this was just a super long trailer. The vibes I got was kind of similar to what I got from Log Horizon's first season.
Tl dr; Good for binging so that you aren't left with a cliffhanger.
