Review of Don't Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro

This anime has charm of it's own, clearly out of the mold, although is hard sometimes to rate anime that has love in the mix, this one is quite clear. At first I got mixed feeling about it, it felt forced for a second, but once you get into the rhythm of the anime is hard to let go. For it's genre it's very good and innovative, nice art and animation, clear character development and a classical plot line besides the difference in their relationship with other anime of the genre. The way the characters are managed is also quite nice, they are not really simple enough tojudge at first glance, you require context and the narrative, because most of them actually react to their environment instead of being plain cliches.

A nice twist on tsundere/teasing typical anime.

Not good as an introduction to anime, has some degree of fan-service and aspects of Japanese culture that may not be immediately intuitive.

on it's genre it's an 8, outside of it, it's a 7.
