Anime like this should be encouraged. The anime used moving illustrations that is manga styled (I have not read the actual manga but the style feels like it) to avoid bad quality visuals in animation. For example, instead of drawing characters with simplified visuals like a low cost anime usually does, it chose have matching visuals but reduce episode length and moving parts in the anime. This brings a very interesting approach to solving common problems in low quality anime, which the characters look nothing like in the light novel or manga, while maintaining quality of voice acting, story telling, and theme songs. (my friend said isn'tthis common in hxxtxi? so I told him to shut up)

Would rather see animation styles like this than those rough animes.
