Films are by no means easy to make and I appreciate the content being put out for the enjoyment of the audience, but this film was something else. I just finished watching the film and I have never watched anything where I felt so frustrated and irritated. I've never written a review for any anime before, but I just felt it needed to be said considering how hopeful I was for this movie. Story 2/10: The story is cliche, a fairly predictable plot. As my boyfriend and I watched this film, he could guess what comes after the scene we were watching pretty accurately. Itwas cringe to watch Muge/ Miyo make very poor and blind-sighted decisions carelessly without stopping once to think of the consequences. In the end, the love story felt forced, kinda like Hinode was just put under a lot of pressure. These things made it incredibly difficult to watch.

Art 8/10: The art style is cute, with the backgrounds and environments being clean and beautifully animated. Very pleasing to the eye, possibly the one thing I enjoyed most about this anime.

Sound 7/10: The sounds and music of the film flowed and matched the theme of the movie well with it being barely noticeable. The voice acting was also really good and natural, definitely high quality. Never was it distracting from the movie.

Character 2/10: Other than the 2 MCs no other character's names could be remembered despite just finishing the film less than 15 minutes ago. The MC Muge was loud, reckless, and incredibly annoying. It was difficult to sympathise with her at any point in the film. As for the MC Hinode, he is unremarkable, simply put.

Enjoyment 1/10: We did not enjoy this move at all. It was hard to appreciate the film when feelings of annoyance and cringe kept coming up after every turn.

Overall 3/10: I would never watch this film again. Honestly speaking, I wanted to stop watching after 30 minutes but decided to push through, even then, the temptation to skip through the film was very strong. The only things that saved this film any points were the art and sound.

Considering how this was made under Satou Junichi and Shibayama Tomotaka, it's really upsetting that I wasn't able to enjoy this film at all. (But thank you for all your hard work. And to those that enjoyed the film, bless you. Seriously)
