Review of [Oshi No Ko]
Upon beginning a new arc from episode 1, it does get a little slow and monotonous for a few episodes, but it does gradually get better, and there are many parts that keep you eager for more episodes. The first episode is very good, instantly engages you, and dives deep into your feelings. This is by far one of the best animated series of the year, and that's coming from someone who has a very difficult time choosing favorites. I wholeheartedly recommend "Oshi no Ko" if you like thrillers, mysteries, or idols! Although episode 11 wasn't sad, I had grown so attached to these charactersand their lives that I found myself in tears at the end and on the edge of my seat.
The animation is beautiful and highly distinctive. The general premise and scenario are original and compelling, and I have no doubt that they will develop perfectly in the following season. Not to add that the opening and closing songs are among the best I've ever heard in an anime, coupled with the music. You will almost certainly not regret watching this anime!
