Major points lost for the whole "big eyes" trope being heavily overused due to laziness. For a main character whose looks are supposedly her strong spot they sure don't show it off. I mean the animation is half the enjoyment. The whole plot really isn't interesting enough to make up for the lack of eye candy animation. I expected this to be amazing due to all the hype around the manga but it did not deliver at all. Was hardly any different from any other slice of life anime. There are some really good slice of life anime, don't get me wrong, but this justisn't one of the really good ones in my opinion.
