Those of you after a sweet Romance. You've come to the right place. The Boy has been hospitalized due to a condition. The Boy is bored and tired of doing nothing. Thus he wonders around the hospital and gets into constant trouble, that or he avoids it (when he succeeds). In moving around, he spots a room, a girl, and realizes that something is different about her (for good reason). So he meets this girl. And things occur. What follows is a slew of a Sweet (Slightly comedic) Romance story. I don't know how to describe "Sweet Romance". But its really nice to read. The only downside ihad with this was that the story doesn't end. The manga didn't convert the whole novel. So after reading this i had to go read the novel. Great Read. Loved it.

Where the manga does end. i guess it ends at an appropriate stage. It leaves you wanting to know more, hence it makes you go to the Anime/Novel. Great technique by the mangaka if that was what he intended.

overall, i give it a 7.5/10 I would re-read this.
